License Management : User Guide

Introduction
------------

The use and operation of the software is subject to obtaining a license key. 
The license is attached to a physical medium (smart card, token). 
So there are as many licenses as there is operational support.

The license key determines operating rights based on the i-SCM Desktop, I-SCM Mobile, I-SCM Server and maintenance functional level through automated updates.

Idopte provides its customers with a web application accessible from https://myaccount.idopte.com/ for the management of license keys.

Thus, license keys can be loaded online securely into cards or tokens. 
All operations are under the responsibility of the customer through a manager who will have the ability to create and delete operators to delegate loading operations.

The managers and operators may also securely allow a cardholder to carry out the licence loading operation himself.

A Manager can:
 * Create, modify, delete an operator
 * Load a license
 * Allow a user to load a license
An operator can:
 * Load a license
 * Allow a user to load a license
A user can:
 * Load a license
