Cryptographic operations sample

This full sample code demonstrates how to monitor reader events, populate a list from the certificates found in smart cards, verify a PIN, and perform signature, verification, encryption and decryption operations. Note that, for the operations made on the public key (verification and encryption), the public key is extracted from the certificate data and the cryptographic operation is computed in pure JavaScript, using the BSD-licensed `Forge <https://github.com/digitalbazaar/forge>`_ library.
